I first purched the Kstyler in April of 08. When I got the product, it was great...until it broke 3 months later. The on/off switch wouldn't work. It took me another three months to get a number to where they could be contacted. When I called, he didn't speak very good English. All I heard was send $19.95. I gave up. In November of 09 I called again. (I found it in a drawer and thought I should call again.) They gave me the same runaround this time. I told the CS rep. that I felt that since they sent me a defective product, they should cover the $19.95 shipping and handling cost. She didn't see it my way so I asked to speak to her manager. Well guest what...SURPRISE she wasn't available. I left my name and number with Rosemary (the CS rep). Rosemary said that her supervisor would get back to me within the hour. After not hearing from the supervisor, I decided to call back the next day. Well Kelly said the same as Rosemary as well as Kelly's supervisor Crystal. Now I might be a little stubborn on this, but I purched the extended 2 year warrenty on this piece of crap and I wanted it replaced without me sending them $20. The total price when I bought this thing was $153.00! I think I'm entitled to a refund or a new flat iron at no cost to me. And further more, when I called tonight to get the physical address for them (to place on here) the little snotty brat that answered the phone persisted I tell her what I needed it for.
