Kjell Bjerke Choppers ripoff unfullfilled contract engine missing Jacksonville North Carolina
Sept 27 2003 I made a $2200.00 downpayment on mastercard for a unassembled custom chopper, from Kjell Bjerke at choppers unlimited. The only way he would take my order was payment up front. Having seen his bikes in magazines and read articals written by him, I went for it.
$13,684.00 was wired to a Bank of america account, upon recieving invoice. I have a receipt dated oct 2003 for $15,884. He assured me it would be at my door in four to six weeks.
I received random parts from june 2004 till the last delivery jan 2005. No engine or beltdrive was ever sent.
I have coresponded with him many times and heard many many exscuses. Now he has stopped answering my email and has put a block on my phone number.
