Earlier this year Newcap entered into a venture with Gabrielsen to act as brokers for gold from Tanzania.  As part of a transaction Newcap received two kilos of gold as collateral.  Because of a lack of export documents the gold was left in safekeeping in Tanzania until documents could be obtained.  Shortly thereafter Gabrielsen was appointed "Personal Agent" of Newcap to return to secure the gold, the documentation, and return it to Newcap.  Gabrielsen got the gold and the
needed export documentation but never returned the gold to Newcap.  Requests for a full explanantion, have not been responded to, including a legal request.  A full report was filed with the Consumer Complaint Agency (#108844309).  A fraud has been committed and the best course of legal action is under consideration.  This is not the first instance where clients of Gabrielsen have lost money on ventures with him.

False RipOffreport Kjell R. Gabrielsen Phd.

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, June 12, 2012

6/02-2012 - Ripoff Report response to false accusation forwarded by Mr. Charles Winkelman, CEO of Newcap/Miami,  against Intergroup/Kjell R. Gabrielsen regarding 2 kgs of gold in Tanzania. Dr. Gabrielsen was never informed about this Ripoff Report, and found it 5/24-2012.
Mr. Winkelman strongly misrepresents the facts against Intergroup and Dr. Kjell R. Gabrielsen, and we have the documentation and witnesses to prove our case, including a returned registered mail letter with answers to his lawyers letter that he says he never received. (No lawyer?).
Intergroup and Dr. Gabrielsen never had an agent relationship with Mr. Winkelman and Newcap, and Mr. Winkelman never had ownership of this 2 kg gold. Mr. Winkelman seems to conveniently forget some main facts, such as:
A.    He came with us to Tanzania several times from day one to make sure everything was done under his control and his way. He met with all Intergroup sellers and contacts in Tanzania, and interfered in such a way that it further complicated the transaction.
B.     The 2 kg gold was a security deposit in a larger 3 year contract between  a seller of gold in Tanzania and Intergroup, and the gold was thus never under the ownership of Mr. Winkelman and Newcap.
C.     Mr. Winkelman was invited to come with us to Africa and invest by paying travel costs etc., and the smaller export costs and fees in Tanzania, so that we could get the first 25 kgs shipment to Florida, where Intergroup would pay the full invoice amount of the gold.
D.    Mr. Winkelman would then participate in the profit of this shipment, and also get a commission on the monthly shipments from Tanzania for the 3 year period.
E.     The shoestring budget Mr. Winkelman controlled made it impossible to do the necessary things, such as hire a lawyer in Tanzania to protect our transactions and secure the 2kgs.
F.      Mr. Winkelman never wanted to sign any agreement with Intergroup, in retrospect probably because he then could have more freedom and misrepresent facts to his liking.
G.    We started to travel with him to Tanzania to buy gold in the Fall 2010, and we were not prepared for the smart sales crooks and corruption in Tanzania, and mistakes were made.
H.    On top of this, a new US law, the Dodd Frank Act of 2011, made it now very difficult, if not impossible, to import gold from Africa without very strict and correct documentation.
I.       This delayed the shipment of the 2 kg gold, which is still in Africa.
J.       Mr. Winkelman knows all this and all other details about these transactions, and also who has the gold in Tanzania, and why we have not been able to get it out of there.
K.    Intergroup was never paid a cent in so called agent fee from Mr. Winkelman, and has not made a cent on this whole transaction.

There are still very good, but complicated, opportunities to buy gold in Africa, but only  when using the right formula and contractual procedure that we now have developed.
Mr. Charles Chuck  Winkelman of Newcap seems to suffer from convenient amnesia when it comes to objective facts, and tried to outsmart us by using dirty business tricks so that they would fit in with his unethical personality and business conduct.
