Complaint Review: KJS Drafting and Design

I submitted photos of a welding table I wanted plans for and sent a check for the amount requested and in turn received nothing but lie's like I sent them etc. Their been no  further contact as he will no longer reply's to phone calls or emails. The man a thief and run ads on craigslist and continue to do so. I'm going to contact the Attorney General of VA as this is internet theft. Also I will send him a 1099 so he can pay tax's on it.
