My husband and I paid Klamath Onsite to build us a website, we had a signed contract with Klamath Onsite. When the time came and went numerous times for completion it was one excuse after another. When asked for a refund, they refused stating the website was done. The website did not work at all!

They breeched the contract and did nothing to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service and dishonest when it comes to completeing a contract.

Angie in Keno, Oregon contracted us to create a website for singles to meet online for our region with the ability to expand down the road. During website construction, and after the contract was drawn, she began adding requirements and lying about her initial intentions with the website. We have several non-related witnesses that will attest to the facts of the matter which are stated below.

She paid $2750 down for a $5000 website which was supposed to be a basic profile and search website with messaging and credit card payment abilities. We accomplished this task after having to rewrite the contract 2 more times because the client kept making changes. After we showed her the initial proof of the site, she began demanding additions and changes that were going to completely change the job. We notified her that she was now asking for a $50K+ professional nationwide website that would require a full time staff to manage, and after many discussions, she became hostile and began throwing fits in our shop. We did everything in our power to satisfy this client above what was necessary to no avail. The website was completed as contracted and all features were in place waiting to be published upon inspection and final payment.

In the last week the client became more and more hostile and demanding, and constantly threatened to sue us because we would not "throw in" all the extra picture and website changes she wanted last minute. We had a maintenance agreement in place for this after the site went live ON TIME. We built the site the way she wanted it, but her constant changes and complaining made that extremely difficult to achieve though we did.

Now Angie has threatened to sue us and press charges as well and a year later, we have heard nothing. We have consulted legal counsel and were told that we kept our part of the contract and that we did everything beyond what was needed.
