On Oct 10 we bought a car from Klassic Kars that had a new inspection sticker on it. The car also was sold with a 3 month or 4000 mile warranty. Befor we ever left the car lot the windshield wipers did not work nor did the air conditioning. Stating that we didnt want the car Eric Rechter the salesman took the car directly to a garage where they could not fix either one. However we did take the car back to them the next day as now the engine light is on and the brakes are into the rotors. They fixed the wipers and air but not the engine.
We were promised that if we were not fully satified with the car that he would give our money back. That did not happen. We were told to get the car fixed under its warranty only to find out that they had never sent the warranty into the company.

The car was reinspected and failed. We have no warranty and have not driven the car and cannot drive the car. These people are in my opinion have commited fraud and are liars.

Please help

If this place knowingly sold you a car with bad brakes then they are on the hook. Selling ANY vehicle in this condition is just agonizingly stupid. Not to mention dangerous. I would call a consumer rights attorney and ask what you can do. Then go file a small claims against them at your local county courthouse. Cheers!!
