Company fines a woman $3500 based on fine print in a sales agreement in which customers agree to pay $3500 if they say anything negative about the company. Since the company didn't fulfill the order, seems to me the contract was broken by them before the customer did it, ignoring the fact that this is a highly dubious clause to try to include, let alone enforce, in a sales contracct.

Rather than coming to a mutual agreement on servicing the woman's order, the company reported the $3500 as delinquent to the credit companies. Not cool. Apologize, fix the woman's credit rating, pay her MAJOR restitution for the major pain she and her family has suffered. All because KlearGear can't be bothered to answer their phone when a customer has a problem with an order.
