This company is essentially a pyramid scheme that takes advantage of your time. Management relies on unpaid interns to do the majority of skilled work with the promise of a salary that never comes. If you're considering working with this company, proceed with caution. If you bring up any concerns about the way you do business, you'll be fired and have your name smeared among any of your mutual contacts.

The company promises low pricing for high quality photo and video work. The reality of their business model is that all of the sales are done by unpaid interns, with the promise of a comission and job down the line if they work hard enough. In actuality, you have an untrained photographer running the company, hiring interns with decent cameras and little knowledge of photography to essentially point and shoot. The result, as you can see on their website and instagram page, is amateur photography for professional prices.

They have been a "start up" for 5 years and show no signs of growth because their model simply doesn't work in actuality. They take advantage of young women who will work without pay, and in order for their business to continue working at all, they will have to be rotating through unpaid employees who do the vast majority of any work that's done.

When you have people working for credit or learning, that's another beast entirely, but in the few months I was there, we didn't have any of the sales training, photography and videography lessons, and also the travel that was promised. They promise to take you all over the world if only you "hustle hard enough," but the few trips I saw them take, they took on their own, with leads I procured, and "hired" unpaid local models and interns in whatever city they traveled to.

I encourage everyone to make their own opinion and do their own research on this, but please proceed with caution. Management is unstable and willing to do and say just about anything to push their agenda.
