On January 31,2014 at 9:00 a.m. attorney James Waldenberger from Kline & Specter will defraud me of $156,000.00 jury verdict using a fabricated lien that Judge Nelson Johnson gave him. I fired attorney James Waldenberger and now Waldenberger is retaliating against me. Read Superior Court Case L-8553.
On January, 2014 at 9:00 a.m., Judge Nelson Johnson will give attorney James Waldenberger my jury award of $156,000.00! Attorney James Waldenberger asked the Judge to stop me from writing the truth about him!!!! I was misled by Kline & Specter website!
Attorney William Marconi wrote a lettter to Judge Johnson telling him what he needed to do! Attorney James Waldenberger, attorney William Marconi and Judge Johnson have calculated using deceitful tricks and deception to defraud me out of $156,000.00!
