Complaint Review: KLLM TRANSPORT SERVICE

This company is not worth the headache. When you lease a truck and become a "contractor" they run you as if you are a company driver under the guise of you making money. They send you messages via the omnitracks unit while you're on your break in the sleeper which is a violation of fmcsr as well as call you when they don't want the conversation documented then when you address it with a higher up they deny saying it. They basically force dispatch even though they say you can choose loads which is an outright lie and complain when you do turn one down. When you go through chain of command you get nowhere as they all have each other's back like some good old boys club. The office personell look down on the driver's literally as shown when certain "ladies" come out of the Jackson terminal for their smoke breaks. When there is an issue they are right and you are wrong no matter how you cya and have proof and documentation showing otherwise. Soon the have class action lawsuit filed against and the company is a complete waste of time. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!
