Against my advice, my son purchased items from kmart in December of 2012.  Because the clothing that he bought online was of a good quality, he purchased, just this past week, several more items.

What I warned him about was Kmart's habit of 'shooting first' and asking questions later.  What I mean by this is: they take their money first off of you credit or  debit card, and if the item is  not in stock you have to wait for a "refund".  

They informed my son on 12/30 that part of  his order was cancelled due to the fact that they were out of stock.  He immediately went on their web site ,and the items were still for sale. ('theft by deception' I believe is what its called)

On Thursday, 1/3, the charges for the cancelled order were moved from the pending column of his online debit card statement to  the 'charged' column.

I have been on the phone with these thieves all week and they still took his money.  They keep demanding that my son fax the statement for  proof that he was charged for these items that they cancelled.  My son is an OTR truck driver, he would need to find a library or other copy service in order to  get this info for them.  He has to wait another 2 weeks until he gets back in order to  get money back  on an order that Kmart cancelled.

Please listen to me, before you do business with these crooks or  read some of the other rip off report s on them.  Also google complaints against kmart and what will  come  up  is hundreds of complaints regarding these thieves.
