KMART Sears Defective Electronics, or bad handling of my Merch?

I bought a Netgo Android Tablet on sale off of the Kmart website

This was bought and paid for a few wks in advance, and i just opened the package a day after it was delivered.

As i was charging and prompting this item for setup, i let it sit for a minute; not paying mind to it

And before i know it, when i return to finish the setup on my Android tablet it FROZE! mind you, on these generic tablets there are no reboot settings or external resetting instructions so i was told by Sears customer support i have to go to my local Kmart and be Credited my $ back.

 

This is outrageous! something you'd expect to be a good investment shouldn't flush that quickly, hell the laptop i've used is known to have deffective issues throughout the years a Toshiba Satelite and it's lasted me almost over a year others i've known, because i bought it brand new from the company itself. This however, that i am reporting isn't just Cheap Sales Fraud

This is use of completely haywired/ Cheap hardware! At least to assure your customer satisfaction i think it'd be best to treat these items with more care,  or at least make them worth our time and money Spent!

Anyway, i'm returning it shortly. And i have another Credit card dispute (filed on this site as we speak) waiting to be resolved too..
