Kmart/Sears Shop Your Way Rewards Ripoff & Scam Nationwide
This is the DISRESPECTFUL message I received from a supervisor, Christine W., when I needed customer support for my points not working!!! She calls me a liar!!!
We have reviewed your account, including the purchases you
made in 2015 and in 2014 and we found that you redeemed
surprise points on almost every single purchase. It is
unclear then what exactly is it that you mean that your
surprise point offers are not working.
Well, needless to say no one ever helped me & I never got my points to work. They rope you in by giving you points for awhile, but then all of a sudden the points stop working! They promise them to you through numberous emails, but when you go to use them, they no longer work! So you have to buy your items at full price without the points. Their scam is trying to make you keep shopping wih them after the points mysteriously stop working! Then a supervisor calls you a liar!
