William and Austin in extension # 1332 called me and said they need reefer truck for their load going to NJ so urgent. And I provide my truck to pick up their load.

I talked to Austin and asked about delivery date but he said when ever you get there they will unload you except Saturday and Sunday night. So I said we will deliver on Monday he said that's ok when my truck went into middle of his trip n it's drive shaft broke down and I called Austin and told him he said no problem jus get fix and start rolling

It was Sunday and all shops were closed and my driver worked by his self and fixed temporary to take Indianapolis becuz there was one mechanic available and I paid $500 extra and got truck fixed and drove truck to NJ toms river on Tuesday evening but buyer said they gonna unload truck after 12 midnight.

My truck got unload and load was safe everything was perfect. When I sent papers like bill of padding and invoice to get final pay of my load then chris called me and said ohh we going to take off $1100 from your load because truck was 2 day late

I tried to explain him that my truck was only one day late and he said I don't know but I have to take care of buyer because he gives food to my kids so he said it's 2 days late I told him again that my truck was there afternoon and if they didn't unload me samedat that's not my problem I said you guys lucky I didn't asked you for money that I jus had to wait to get unload and chriss said he cant do ane thing and hang up phone on me And they didn't paid me $1100
