Knappys They destroyed my car Holiday , Florida
I called my my road side assistance through Hyundai yesterday due to 1 tire blown out because I hit a huge pot hole . They were supposed to be there in 55min, the driver calls me and says it will be awhile before the truck will be here about 2 hours. Well I had to get a ride home, I called the driver later and asked if my car made it to the dealership safely he says that I needed to speak to his boss, after calling her 5x she finally answered the phone and said the car arrived safely.
So my husband an I went to pick up my car this morning ONLY to find that the stupid tow truck driver smashed in the back of our car. No phone call from them, NOTHING they left my trunk open and the whole trunk is now full of water. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
