Kneeguy.com never sent product; refused to respond to emails about order or requests for refund mistreated and ripped off Internet
I ordered an item from this web site and paid through Pay Pal. The order was never received. After four weeks I began sending emails asking for the status of order. No reply of any kind. I emailed several times asking for a refund if the product could not be sent. No reply of any kind. This is a complete sham! The KneeGuy is a liar and a thief!
