Rented a textbook, the title Knetbook.com posted was "Physical Geology Across the American Landscape with Code COAST LEARNING SYSTEMS".  Book arrived with no code and in poor condition.  Book is highlighted and underlined.  It has old book odor.  The invoice is from eCampus.com.  Obviously Knetbook.com is an affiliate to eCampus.com.  When requested for a refund, I was told I will be charged for shipping and restocking fee.  They claim, "We cannot guarantee that supplemental materials, like access codes, will be included with your rental. These supplements were probably used by the first owner and usually can’t be used again. The supplements are usually one-time use items, so that’s why we include the disclaimer on our site".  I am not a young college student.  Most young people and adults do not understand the disclaimer does not give the seller a free ticket to rip off consumers.  This is a very deceiving business practice and it needs to be reported to the authority overseeing internet businesses.  If they are selling or renting USED books, they need to listed separately and not say, "with code".   Please file complaints to sba.gov/about-sba/what_we_do/contact_sba and to eCampus.com or whoever they are affiliated with for your book.
