If you are going to order anything from Knife Supply Company be very carefull.

I placed an order on 2/16/09 for a Gerber pocket knife with my VISA debit card with a second day rush delivery. The company did not waste any time charging me for the knife ($87.95) and the second day delivery charge ($24.85). They then sent me an email informing me that the knife was out of stock and it would not be shipped until March 11th.

I canceled the order via email and asked to have my account credited with the charges. No answer was sent to me and no credit was issued either.

This is one of my many emails to them. See below.

Dear Mr. Doggett:

I have repeatedly tried to get your company to reimburse my account for an order that was canceled over a month ago. Order # yhst-93703311224345-3601
No one in your company has even answered my emails in regards to this.
The charges for the knife and shipping were made to my credit card immediately after the order was placed, then an email was sent to me informing me that the knife was out of stock and it would take approx. 15 days to be shipped. Regardless, your company still charged me for a second day delivery.
I have since then canceled the order and have not seen credit applied to my account yet.
Please see that this matter is solved and the charges are credited to my account.

OF COURSE... Not even the acknowledgment of my email was sent to me, AND NO CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT EITHER.

Ordered a knife from this company a few days ago and paid for the knife and shipping immediately.  I then got another email a day later telling me that the knife had been back ordered and wouldn't come out for another month just as it happened above.  I emailed them telling them I wanted to cancel my order and have my money refunded and DID get a response.  They told me my order and credit card were never processed but it is on my bank statement and it came out immediately.  After telling them this I never got another response.  This company is crap and should be shut down, they are stealing and breaking the law.
