Complaint Review: Knightsbridge PLC BBS House Bolton

I expect a full refund from you for your failure to complete your side of the a verbal contract to find a buyer for two independent business,
these business electrical and restaurant where valued by your agent James and priced to sell and was agreed a verbal contract at my premises from James that we would have a buyer for both business within 6 months James was so confident as he stated he had sold a restaurant in crystal palace within 6 months and advised that our business are viable to market and that’s why I paid the selling fee's upfront! and took his advice on the sales price per business of £100.000 each and then we signed the contract on this understanding that there would be a sale within six months,
Not one offer or viewings for ether business since February 2017! to April 2018,
Also if we sell either business privately WHILE IN CONTRACT be it family or friends OR OUR OWN ADVERTS we would be charged administration fee's of £7.500 + vat, 
Also we have to give 30 days notice and not able to market either business and not have our own buyer withing 30 days to sell private!
