Complaint Review: Knob Creek Arms Apartments - Michael Rich Landlord

These slum landlords have not fix any problems the tenants have reported. Several tenants have reported problems at the front door of the apartments were water comes in when it rains. Bathtubs are leaking and draining into the downstairs cabinets where dishes are. Dishwashers don't work. Washers and Dryers don't work. Windows leak and are falling apart. Railing going into the apartments are loose and dangling from the porches. Sinks leak. Floors are rotten. Lighting fixtures are broken. Central heat and air doesn't work. Concrete parking barriers are broken and have steel rods hanging out of them. Guttering is hanging off the roof of the apartments.

All these things have been reported multiple times from multiple tenants and they still are looked over. This slum landlord does nothing to fix anything, but still wants rent at the first of the month.
