Complaint Review: knockout games superstore

I believed this was a reputable company...the site appeared legitimate even when paying for the item I wanted to purchase...it reflected the "lock" and https...but KNOCKOUT GAMES SUPERSTORE is fraudulent and a HUGE RIP OFF  I completely agree with Elena from California who experienced exactly what happened to me.

Once I placed my order online, I never heard from them even after multiple emails and multiple phone calls.  With the phone calls I left messages, but never received a verbal response and I never received an email confirmation of my original order. I was ordering something for my Nintendo DSi (WiFi USB Connector). BIG MISTAKE!!!

After about 10 days, I was checking my account online and found 2 different UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES to my account.  I called my bank and cancelled my debit card before any new charges appeared.  The orginal expense never was charged to my account, however, they used my card for a Stride Rite store in Buford, GA and another charge for SupportMovieonTime.com.

PLEASE...PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM:  KNOCKOUT GAMES SUPERSTORE (kogamesonline.com)   BIG SCAM!!!!!!!
