Knoll Sytems Product Repair And Customer Service Is Unaceptable ripoff almost impossible to get anywhere with Point Roberts washington

Back in november of 2004 we had our projector in it was not working they replaced a power suppply and charged my credit card for the repairs. now in april of 2005 6 months later my projector stops working again and i emailed jerry at knoll systems and told him i was very disatified on this how many problems am I going to have he told me the lamp hours may need to be reset and told me how to do it and if that didnt work he would fix it for free well it didnt so i emailed him back right away and told him it didnt work.

He never replied then i sent a unfriendly email and he responed saying it was a busy week not my problem and here was the rma number. so i overnighted the item back to him and emailed him again and told him i overnighted it to him i would expect the same he told me we are doing you a favor by fixing your projector for free out of it warranty we fixed it for free back in november and then now in april i sent him another email and told him check your records you charged me to fix it back in november so that just tells you they are liars. So instead of keep fighting i pay 96.87 to ship my prprojector back to my overnight by 10:30 well it didnt get back to me fedex had aproblem and when my package was supposed to be deliverd to florida it was still in seatllt i called fedex and they told me it was there mistake and that i am entitled to a full refund they told me i need to contact the shipper which is knoll systems and request a refund. so i contact them once again i get no reply i then send a unfreidnly email again and i get a email from a bruce which is a director of marketing and he tell me they overnighted the product and now it my problem call fedex.

If he read my email he woudl of noticed i said they overnighted it jsut fedex had a problem and fedex policies is for the shipper to request a refund and then that refund comes back to me but they dont even do that. I would advise anyone never to buy a product from KNOLL youa re jsut asking for porblems if you do.
