Complaint Review: Knox and Belcher PLC

Don't believe a word this woman says. I (like others) had my initial consultation with Kristal Knox while she was with Ayo and Iken. Impressed with the firm I was determined to raise enough to retain them. Krystal then showed up at a status conference for my case and coaxed me into retaining her at her newly established firm. It has been nothing but a nightmare since. Insufficient pleadings, failing to file motions, cancelled hearings, service of documents to the wrong attorney. You name it, she's screwed it up. As far as I can see Kristal's stellar track record ended when she left Ayo and Iken. You should call them if you want the sort of representation that Kristal is promising. She does not return calls, will not fight for you to see your children when your spouse is refusing to let you have any contact with them and has a half-witted incompetent paralegal (Teresa). They still haven't found the time to file the motion I need to proceed but they were quick to file a motion to withdraw when I pointed out their negligence. They even refuse to provide me an invoice. Wish I could say Allison was an innocent bystander but she's been fully aware of the problems for weeks now and has yet to return an email.
