It is April 2009 as I write this, over two years ago, my son joined Knuckle Up Fitness for boxing classes. Shortly after joining, the classes dropped from being offered 6 days per week to only 3 days per week. After belonging for six months, he selected the college he would attend (which was out of town). In June 2009 we notified Knuckle Up and ASF in writing of his intent to move out of town for college, and provided adequate proof of his relocation, they immediately stopped debiting my bank account. It took awhile, but by October, 2007 we had stopped recieving bills from Knuckle Up and were told on the phone all was taken care of.

We recieved no communication from Knuckle Up from October 2007 until this day.

On April 16, 2009 (21 months after turning in our notice and nearly one-and-one-half years) from the last communication we had with them, they billed our account for $49 and deducted it from my bank account (as we had been auto-debited monthly for the months we had the contract).

When I contacted Knuckle Up, thinking they obviously made an error, Paulina informed me that they did not recognize our cancellation and, in fact, had billed EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER from 2005 - 2007 whose cancellation they did not recognize. All this without any notification to the customer.

I have logged a complaint with the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. If you, as we have, been robbed by these theifs, I encourage you too to contact the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs and log your own complaint against this company that practices deceptive, fraudulent business and steals from consumers.

A quick google search will help you find the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs in Georgia - they are quite helpful.

Speak out against these criminals
