I purchased a pear of rims and tires for my 2007 ford fusion, The next day as i was driving one of the wheels came off causing damage to my vehicle. I then returned the rims and asked for a refund the manager agreed to pay refund but with out the taxes in portions. I disagreed company now refuses to give me back any money and has the rims and tires. The total cost of the rims were appromately $1700.00. If any one can help me please i have reported this matter to small claims but i am afraid they may not pay even in judgement.

as an employee of this company and someone aware of the circumstances pertaining this this situation i am appalled to read this copmplete untruth, this individual purchased these rims and tires at a substantial discount and was offered to have the tires and rims placed on the car by our trained machanic for an additional fee but choose to have the actual work done by a friend to save a couple of dollars and not a mechanic......as a result the tires and rims were not properly installed and one of the four rims fell off of the car.......we offered in good faith to replace the damaged rim at no charge providing we be allowed to have them professionally placed on the car.....he again refused and instead became abusive........we are and have awalys been willing to help this individual in resolving this issue, however no one should have to be subjected to the abusive behavior and lanuage that he repeatedly uses when addressing my fellow workers and furthermore i find this entire report unfounded and should be immediately removed from your website.....we are hard working and decent people and don't deserve to have our good name soiled, please do the right thing and remove this from your website......respectfully yours, larry king
