Kobalt Law is made up of the same people that worked for the International property law centre, which went bust in 2011 There are several complaints still pending with the Legal Ombusman and if you search online for Max Gold or International Property Law centre LLP, loads of people have complained about these firms all over the net
Im not sure why the Law Society/SRA has not shut them down for good and how can they still operate with a new name and a brush of fresh paint - these are still the same lawyers - be careful Their senior partner STEFANO LUCATELLO has been disciplined by the Solicitors Regulation Authority: check Stefano Lucatello on google and the SRA link is the first one to come up!
A Leopard can't change its spots and I wouldnt trust a lawyer who has been bankrupt by his own regulatory body - be careful, buyer beware Kobalt Law wont be around for much longer and be careful not to hand over any deposits to these guys, the SRA is watching them closely and there is a huge risk that your money will go missing!

It is time that we set the record straight. IPLC LLP has never been closed down, liquidated or made bankrupt! It is still an open company.Please check the companies Register at Companies House.We sold the business which had international and other departments in it to another lawyer. My ex partner and I went our separate ways and he went with the businees that that bought ours and I set up a new business called Kobalt Law LLP, which trades succesfully. Some of the lawyers that worked in the international team of IPLC LLP came across , others did not.What is the point of that fact?We have a great team of lawyers who are both honest and professional, unlike Jay who tries to accuse me and my firms of being untrustworthy,dishonest and bankrupt etc. I have never been made bankrupt. If I had I would not be practising now, as I would have had my practising certificate taken away.! Jay is a disgruntled ex client who was told that we did not want to work for them, as they were a problematic client who was not willing to pay our fees, so we told them we were terminating our retainer.
If you are going to accuse me or my firms, get your facts right!You dont have the courage to mention your true name, but I know who you are.

You posted this a over a year ago and we are still here because we are an honest law firm and defend the interest of clients who pay our fees and follow our advice.We take monies from clients and hold them in our client accounts. Do not be fooled by this person called Jay. If you have any doubts please call us. We have no outstanding or pending complaints against Kobalt or IPLC.I HAVE NOT BEEN DISCIPLINED BY THE SRA!. Unfortunately Jay OR IS IT JASMINE YOU are the liar.
