Kocak Insurance Unsolicited Fax Solicitations - To Phone on Do Not Call List ripoff Phoenix Arizona
I'm on the Federal "DO NOT CALL" list, and have been for years and then just this past Friday I got a FAX SOLICITATION - UGH!! I have an unlisted phone number and it made me so mad.
Of course their fax number was not listed on the fax, but I checked my caller ID, and it said KOCAK INSURANCE 623-455-9137.
It makes me so mad - but I don't know what to do... Thanks to the other people on here for filling out information about them. I may try calling them and telling them that I'm going to file against them, too.

In the Phoenix metroplex, this is the only information I found for a Kocak Insurance. The area code is the same as the offender.

Also, the only Kocak that I could find, just so happens his first name is Robert...moved in May 2006 to 526 E Kerry Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
So, maybe he is working from home or sold his awful business to someone else...going to try contacting him to tell him to quit sending fax solicitations.
