Before I was to get my loan, Koch Financial Services wanted me to take out an insurance policy with them. I was told to choose from one of the options they provided for me. I choose option number 2, the standard option I signed the 'loan papers and and signed where it stated I choose the standard option. Before my policy was to be issued I had to send $650 via Greendot MoneyPak, which I've now learned is like handing them cash.  Once I paid I did not hear from them after making several attempts via email and voice messages.  After a day and a half they finally called me, only to let me know that the insurance company wanted me to take option number 3, which is $1,150,in order to get the loan. and that I needed to send more money.  .  I was told my loan was already approve that the policy just had to be typed.  I told them never mind to refund my $650, but they said since I back out of the loan there is no refund.  I told them I have a by law I have 3 day grace period where I could changed my mind and they just hung up on me.  None of my loan papers or emails intercated that the insurance company had to look over my loan to see what option THEY wanted me to take.
