Koch Trucking Koch Industries Recruiters lie Internet
Driveres watch out for these people, their recruiters are either liars or just stupid. I filled out their on line app. showing I had limited recent experience, in the last 12 mos I had only worked for 3 Mos due to be off due to an on the job injury. The recruiter, Trudy assured me that was not a problem, I arrived for orientation non Monday morn and was told before noon that they couldnt put me in a truck because of limited recent work experience, even though I have been driving since 1994, 17 years behind the wheel but only 3 mos in the last year wasnt good enough. No tickets or accidents in over 5 yrs also.
I was not the only one cut loose either, out of 14 that were there 8 of us were released by noon for various reasons. I spoke to the desk clerk of the motel they house us in and he said that this happens every week, the recruiters bring in 10 to 15 and then after getting you there your told they cant use you. DONT QUIT ONE JOB TO GO TO WORK HERE, you may find yourself without any job.

Thats not the recruiters fault, that would be safety for not doing their homework on a driver.

You are correct! Another thing is to get your DOT physical out of the way BEFORE orientation and BEFORE you quit. It is a possibility you won't pass and you don't want that surprise to put you out of a job either.
