Recently I purchased a new 530 camera from HSN for $250. Took about 10 pictures and it stopped working. I explained about 2 hours to some foreigner and then sent it back to Rochester. They repaired it and returned it to me. I carried it to Walmart to ger a new card put in without even using it and they told me it was not working.

I have now talked to customer service again and they want me to send it back for repair or replacement with a REFURBISHED one. I have now sent a complaint to Antonio Perez CEO and he has not seen fit to answer.

KODAK is just not the company that it was in the past. If you purchase their product, you see what you are asking for.
