Kodak I cancelled an online order same day ordered and refused delivery. will not refund money New York Internet

I ordered a printer in december and cancelled the order the same day. I contacted them by phone and sent 5 emails asking them to cancel order. They told me to refuse delivery. Our receptionist signed for package. I caught UPS delivery man same day and refused delivery. Ups wont let me track package because I did not ship. Kodak has to track and they will not. I even got them UPS tracking direct line for them and they still won't. They finally refunded my money in February and then yesterday May 28 they charged me again. They only give you the auto responses to email. I would like the president's phone number but they won't let you talk to anyone that can solve the problem. Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. Paul

Kodak contacted me and with their help proved that the re-billing was done by my credit card company and was not their fault. Very good customer service and I offered them my appology. Thanks, Paul
