Kohls secretly made my money in my Kohls gift cards disappeared without any notice nor explanation!

Kohl's representatives seem very comfortable secretly taking customers money without any notice nor explanation. They could not care less when I warned them that I would have no other choice but reporting this to BBB and ripoffreport. Seems to them, its free advertisement and extra profits on cost of customers!

I clearly reported the issues with ALL details and ALL information (including order numbers etc) to their representatives numerous times both by phone and by emails. But they are not willing to make any real attempts to resolve the issues. All they did was request me to call them but then wasted more of my time again and again by transferring me back and forth and then dropped my calls.  Even after I emailed them again and again clearly told them that phone call did not solve my issues and asked them to resolve the issues by email. Guess what they did, they replied my emails again and again ONLY asking me to call them. And then dropped my calls again and again. Then replied my emails again and again ONLY ask me to call them. Very tactic tricks to form dead loops, Kohl's!

To make the issue more clear:

Kohls secretly took away my money hundreds of dolloars in Kohl's gift cards without any notification nor explanation, even after I spent lots of hours contacting them giving them many chances to correct the issues.

Kohls is fully aware of the issue.  And long story short, at one point, one of Kohls representatives promised that I would receive replacement gift cards within 7 business days.  However that never happened!  Even worse, when I called Kohls again to ask why, they told me that "they can not find" the referrence number of the report the representative gave me for replacement cards!  So lots of more hours wasted!  Previous "solution" and "promises from Kohls" gone down the toilet!!!

If you reported the issue to them as "clearly" as you explained it here, it is no wonder you haven't had any resolution.  As we are clueless as to what the actual problem is other than it has something to do with Gift Cards.

Perhaps you can come back with some details.
