My wife had a Kohl charge and when she lost her job due to being admitted to the hospital with Stage 4 cancer, I contacted Kolhs to set up a payment plan to insure the account was paid off. I agreed to pay $200 on July 11 and the balance on July 25th. I gave them our bank information to withdraw the $200 on the July 11. Someone in Kolhs customer service department in all thier infinite wisdom decided without notifying me to withdraw the $200 now instead of the agreed date July 11. This has now caused a financial hardship on myself since we are now operating only on my income.

Kolhs customer service lied and failed to live up to the agreement that they agreed to and all I got was "We are sorry, but there is nothing we can do, our customer service department acted within the decrestion and for what was in the best interst of our company." "We now consider the matter closed"

I recommend that anyone shopping Kohls look elsewhere, especially if you have a charge card, cause you are not a concern of theirs.

csr's make more stupid decisions than any other persons. why? they are stupid !!! hell bent on trying to do a job they have no formal training for. they do not know what they are selling, are not knowledgeable about their service, and are not educated on retail, export or export laws.
