I placed an order on Black Friday for a BRAND NEW KitchenAid 5qt Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer as a Christmas present for my wife and what I received was a used, scratched up piece of garbage with stickers on it and the wrong attachments wrapped up in bubble wrap and thrown in a brown shipping box that was 4 times too big with no padding. After contacting Kohls customer service and complaining, they told me just to keep it and that they would refund my money, claiming that I would see it in 3-5 days. Well it's now the first part of January 2021 and still no refund.

I've contacted customer service time and time again and all they say is, "Don't worry, the refund was processed. You'll see your money." The last customer service rep told me that it will take another 2-3 weeks for the refund to be processed.

So, at this point, the facts are that Kohls, Kohls, Inc and Kohls.com are nothing but a scam, and anyone that works for them, from CEO Michelle Gass and the rest of the executive team (Doug Howe, Jill Timm, Greg Revelle, Paul Gaffney, Marc Chini, Jason Kelroy and Vivien Yeung), all the way down are just a part of this internet fraud ring that they have going on.

Sad part is, it's really ignorant to think that scamming someone out of $305.75 is worth never getting any business from me, my family, my friends or any of my 50k+ social media followers for the rest of my/their lives. AND anyone of the thousands and thousands of people who will end up reading this ripoff report.
