Heard about Kollagen Intensiv either from radio, TV or online advertisement. Clicked link for free trial, just shipping and handling. Then, every month a box of new supplies of this ridiculous product showed up along with a $99 charge to my credit card. I call to send back the un-open product, but they would not accept it. It wasn't clear on their site or was well hidden, that you were locked in forever until you called to cancel. Besides, the product is awful, not worth the shipping costs...
