This company is sooooo bogus! Two minutes after I canceled my subscription they sent me an email confirming my purchase to be shipped out. After two weeks of using this product my face broke out and I called to complain and cancel, but they still charged me $99. I immediately called again to complain, but they insisted that I never called to cancel and their automated cancellation system is 100% error proof. They continued to tell me that I was responsible for the charge per the agreement until I threatened to call my bank to report them. The representative immediately offered to stop the shipment as a curtsey, but if he cant stop it I will have take it as a loss. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

As a representative of Kollagen Intensiv I cannot comment on this individual case but it seem quite straightforward. Our policy is that when a customer calls to cancel they are given a cancellation number. This is the receipt that they have indeed cancelled. Customers are told on the recording they hear when they first call in and before they talk to a rep that they will receive a cancellation number if they cancel. This is also stated on the order page. I have copied the order page below and highlighted that text. We also keep a record of any phone contact at all that people make with us. If people call in and claim they have cancelled but have no cancellation number and we have no record of prior phone calls it is quite evident they have not been in previous contact with us. We try our best to accommodate customers in any way we can but there will always be those that we simply cannot help through no fault of our own. If as this person claims they called in to cancel on the day their order shipped they would have already been past the cancellation period yet it seems the agent still tried to help them as we do by pulling the package back if it is possible.
