Last month our company was in contact with Kolter SP Zoo out of Poland. We paid for a VAT background check and everything looked good. Company has physical location, website, and banking info in their name.
After our research and multiple communications by email and WhatsApp, we purchased 100 kg of CPU scrap.
We received the company invoice and paid through wire transfer to their company bank account. Marcin Sargalski at email sales@kolterspzoo.com was our contact person. He acknowledged receipt of money and said the order would be shipped out in the next week.
After 1 month of communication with this person/company, no product has been sent. At first they gave us excuses like their suppliers were on vacation and please be patient. As of today, they don't answer our phone calls or email.
Buyers beware of this fraudulent company. They have no products and just want to steal your money. After further research, I found that if you search under their phone number, they have ads/listings with same phone number under different company names.
Hopefully this account will help others who are looking to purchase products internationally. 99% of sellers on trade websites are fake. I have learned the hard way but in the future, we will only do transactions through freight forwarding company that have trade assurance protection.
