Konad Nail Art I paid 27 dollars for products that doesn't work. It se-em like a cheap toy. I emailed them and they simply copy and paste the FAQ link. I read everything and use the kit again. It barely works. Internet
I paid almost $30 for products that are crap. It does not work. I email them and it takes them forever to reply. They gave me a FAQ link. Read it and retry and same result. The products does not work. Emailed them again and got ignored. Sent them another angry email and they start crapping back. Here's a part " we do not refund your money once you open them" how would I know the product is defective if it is in the box. Then the email become " what grade are you in" " client fail to learn how to use it" etc..That their "above reproach" service.
Summarize. Crappy products, crappy customer service, crappy everything.
I wasted my time, money and anger on this crap.
