My wife wanted me to purchase her a copy of Dance Dance Revolution. She figures it would make a good way to work out and be fun. It is.

However, when I purchased the latest version for the XBOX 360, Dance Dance Revolution Universe 3, it indicated on the back of the box that certain "hit songs" were included in the game: "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger", "Sweet Dreams", "Dancing Machine", "It Takes Two", "Tainted Love"...

Anyways, other than "Dancing Machine", none of the songs listed are actually in the game itself. I figured they must have to be unlocked or something, so I looked online and multiple people on multiple websites indicate that they have unlocked all of the songs and they just are not there.

I submitted a support case with Konami on 11/25, and by today, 12/5 I have still not gotten a response.

I did find a phone number for them so I attempted to contact them today. The fellow who answered the call was not helpful at all. He said that there wasn't anything he could do except that I should play the game to see if they are there. He flat out refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor.

I guess this works out well for Konami, because he knows that I will never be able to reach anyone any more helpful than he is. How ridiculous.

Wikipedia article listing the full soundtrack for the game. At the end of the soundtrack it shows all of the songs listed on the back of the box that are not actually included in the game.
