I placed an order for some footprint stickers that I want to attach to the floor. In trying to tell them what I wanted, I said I wanted a "skeletal footprint". The stickers came (after waiting 3 months for them) and had big bold letters across each sticker "skeletal footprint". I just wanted stickers that LOOKED like skeletal footprints not that SAID skeletal footprint.
They at first said they would send a corrected order but it has been over a year and nothing!! To say I have gotten the run around is an understatement. I told them just to give me a refund and they say they can't do that.
I am beyond frustrated...what a ripoff!!!
