Washington, DC Metro Area- Fairfax and Falls Church Virginia.    The car was in the service shop like it was the King of Lemons at the dealership over a ten year period.   Paid premium price for the new 1993 Chrysler Concord too.

Practically paid double for the car as repair bills mounted.   Never was it a warranty issue.

The problem was that I was busy preparing a son for West Point during this time as a parent so my hands were full and could not question- the ridiculous number of visits to the repair shop at this dealership.

On (  9/11 2001  ) a youngster, drunk, whipped around the corner and totaled the the parked Chrysler.
9/11 was a sad day, but for me I did not have to ever deal with this expensive cruddy car again. Down the street the Pentagon was on fire and so was the cruddy Chrysler.

In 2002 I bought a 2002 Buick Lasaber paying less than .10 cents repairs in the same ten year time frame. Folks, you would crazy to by a Chrysler after looking at my repair receipts folder.

In ten years of beautiful Buick driving bliss, my repair receipts folder for this 2002 Buick is as empty a round blown glass Christmas ornament bulb.

The Metro train shuttle had the same petite lady in the van that picked us up every time.   Indicating to me that they were taking advantage of certain people.  I have a mobility disability, a prime target as well. So they were taking advantage of the weak it would appear.

The repair costs were over a thousand dollars many times if not every time.
