I have had the most horrible experience ever at two (2) separate koons locations. I started at Woodbridge where I was given a stack of blank forms because my paperwork was lost and the guy told me all they owed me was "OK SERVICE" so I went to College Park, Spoke with the VICE PRESIDENT and was assured better service.

Everything went well at first I did everything that they asked me to do (paperwork wise) then I had an issue I was promised a CD changer and the check Koons wrote me to have it installed bounced and I was stuck at Circuit City for 8 hours before they would release my car.

Then my paperwork got lost at college park I return to the dealership only to find that the ENTIRE staff had been fired@@!!! and they didn't have record of my CASH down payment (I'm glad I kept my receipt) now the new staff is lollygagging getting my paperwork finalized and I dont' even have a contract for my car after two months@!!! on top the receptionist is the most rude secretary I have ever encountered.. STAY AWAY FROM KOONS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF KOONS!!!
