I have been a loyal Toyota customer for years. At 60,000 miles, my clutch slipped and I had to have it replaced. This was about three years ago. Too soon and too few miles for a clutch to go. Just found out 30,000 miles later, I have to have the clutch replaced AGAIN. A clutch does NOT go twice in under 100,000 miles. I have driven stick-shifts all my life and have never had a problem.

I spoke with the service manager who said it would cost me $1600 to replace (cost $1100 in November 2005 - talk about "inflation"), he refused to do any work on the car such as investigating the problem, even though over the phone the mechanic said to bring it in and they would look into the problem at no charge. They did not stand by their word, they refused to see if it was a mechanical and/or a faulty part, but wanted me to pay thousands more for their shoddy work.

I recommend that no one buy a car - new or used - from Koons Tysons Toyota.

SPREAD YOUR STORY ALL OVER THE WORLDWIDE WEB!!!!!

Make sure to 'GOOGLE' this- ENGINE SLUDGE, and go to the consumeraffairs website about Toyota Engine Problems and read all of the complaints! After reading them please click on 'Airbags' and read those complaints too!

It seems obvious that Toyota OPTED to install CHEAP PARTS in their vehicles back in the mid, to late 1990's, and up until now, according to all the complaints posted there, wouldn't you agree?

Toyota Corporation seems to have shifted their focus to QUANTITY instead of QUALITY, correct? Toyota is now like McDonald's, isn't it? A company that is mass-producing JUNK, huh?

Too bad Toyota's JUNK costs over $18,000 and most people who have one of their JUNKERS are in the predicament they're in, huh? If a burger is defective, then it's not a big deal if you're out a few dollars, but if your vehicle is DEFECTIVE, being out several THOUSAND DOLLARS can be DEVASTATING, right?

SPREAD THE WORD ALL OVER THE WEB! Put the word out EVERYWHERE, at every site you can!!! I saw a report this morning that said Barack Obama has access to 13 MILLION e-mails. If someone could E-MAIL all 13 MILLION peoople about this site, and they could come right here to ripoffreport.com that would be GREAT, wouldn't it?

I HOPE that someone out there has the compassion to ALERT all 13 MILLION people that are among Barack Obama's followers, don't you?

What a wonderful tool the WEB has turned out to be, huh?

I think I'm going to 'GOOGLE' this- SOCIAL MEDIA WILL CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS, and go to that BusinessWeek Article and then to the comment posted on March 31st at 6:00 PM and sing- 'WEB SONG'

The other day it was on 'Page 294' in the comments section. It's probably on a different page now since many people are posting comments there. I'll go to that Article right after I finish typing this Update, O.K.? I'll try 'Page 294' first, and then if it's not there I'll simply look at all the times, and dates, and go to a higher page # until I find it. I like singing songs, don't you?

Well, I'm finished! Now I'm going to 'GOOGLE' this- SOCIAL MEDIA WILL CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS, and go to that BusinessWeek Article and sing 'WEB SONG' which was posted on March 31st at 6:00 PM.

Sing a song- you can't go wrong!
