Kore Essentials poor quality materials - horrendous customer service - guarantees not honored Internet
Bought a belt from their web site, within 10 days the belt had come apart and was unwearable. Spent about $60. spoke with customer service a number of times via e-mail.
I sent pictures of how the belt had come apart. They said that I was wearing it incorrectly, and refused to send a replacement, or honor the money back guarantee listed on their web site.
I offered to send back my belt and buckle, and they refused, and I was told to never contact them again.
They offered me a discount if I bought another belt, but I declined because I felt they should have taken care of the first one I was sold.
Feel as if I was completely ripped off. They got my money, and customer service was rude and unwilling to do anything, and I got nothing but an unsuable belt.

Customer Out to Damage Our Reputation at All Costs
#4UPDATE Employee
Fri, April 22, 2016
Again the customer (Doyle Sinclair) is leaving out Key Information, taking items out of context to suit his needs and fabricating emails to harm our company's reputation at all costs - all over a mistake he made.
First, we never said anything about his cc information, he's completly fabricating that. Since we launched our company in 2013, we've maintianed an A++ rating with PayPal and our other cc processors. We would never do such a thing. This is just another attempt from someone desperate to damage our reputation anyway they can.
Here's an excerpt from an email he sent us when we questioned him as to why he had purchased one of our fashion belts to serve as a gun belt - even though our website BOLDLY warns against such usage. Our comments are in parenethesis to correct his misinformation.
"I am not asking for a replacement buckle , obviously I can use the buckle that I have (NO he can't - it's a fashion buckle and not interchangeable), but I would like for the belt itself to be replaced. If you cannot do this then I will just consider the fact that I have purchased an inferior product (No, you bought a fashion belt not designed to support a firearm) and I have been ripped off by an unethical and unscrupulous company and I will tell my story and post pics of the defective product on as many social media sites as I can find that include clothing, gun belts, consumer protection agencies, etc etc. How many customers can I warn about your reluctance to satisfy a paying customer about a defective products (he bought a fashion belt, not gun belt) and poor customer relations? How many sales will you lose? Hundreds? We'll see. I hate to do that, but as you can see from the pictures I sent, the belt is obviously defective. Just replace it."
True to form, Mr. Sinclair has been posting lengthy dissertations on various Gun Blog sites about the issue. And he outright admits to using the fashion belt as a gun belt. He complains that the belt is tearing out of the buckle. Fortunately, it seems to have backfired with most of the participants recoginzing that Mr. Sinclair had knowingly purchased a fashion belt to use as a gun belt. Many of the blog participants owned one of our gun belts and felt they were in fact superior products.
Thanks for your time.
