Complaint Review: Korea House in Irvine

Warning: Don't eat at Korea House. It's a Korean restaurant in Irvine, CA.

I had a horrible experience here several years ago and it still repeated itself years later! There is zero improvement. STAY AWAY! We were totally ripped off.

CONS:

1) BBQ is too low and I kept banging my knee-cap on the grill! I did this several years ago and hurt my knee-cap. When I complained, they laughed at me.

2) Service is beyond horrible. The waitress kept staring at me like we were trespassers. 

3) They do not allow outside drinks so if you bring an outside drink in, that's $15 surcharge - utterly insane.

4) Parking is horrendous.

5) Rice is old and not tender

6) Food is bland and not good at all.
