Ordered a brand new diesel engine for the 2016 sorento and received product 9 months later. Not informed of shipping delay. Engine consisted of new frame with used and new sub components. These subcomponent parts were incompatible with the sorento and more suited to the older model. They matched engine parts of the Hyundai Santa Fe. Even the subcomponent part numbers were distinctly different from those in my sorento. Calls and messaging service were utilized. Asked for a rebate. Even filled their authorization form for returns. Detailed emails with photo description sent. Agents gave phone number of CEO +821058612421 who never responded to WhatsApp messages and calls. The engine costed USD$4735 plus USD$2500 in import fees. Tried to resolve situation by servicing and reusing sorento parts. Purchased axle assemblies for different Santa Fe models to facilitate engine alignment in Sorento. Sorento immobile from June 2019 to October 2020.
