We transfered account after making 6 months premium bulk payment. The customer service never responded to the email, many emails.. never. No phone # no contact info. AFter 1 week, we got attention, because we mentioned we will complain to BBB. They said they fixed the problem, in fact, nothing was fixed. Just changing Use ID and PW. They cannot do it? They do nothing. Just take your money is all they are good.

We transfered account after making discounted 6 months bulk payment for upgrade. It did not upgrade after the payment, and we needed to be fixed. The customer service never responded to our email, many emails.. never. No phone # no contact info. After 1 week, we got attention, because we mentioned we will complain to BBB. They said they fixed the problem, in fact, nothing was fixed. Just changing Use ID and PW. They seemed they did not care. It took 23 emails going back and forth and took 4 weeks to fix it. They do nothing. Just take your money is all they are good. After I asked for the refund. They finally fixed it because they did not want to lose money. Unless you tell them you wnat refund, the customer service do not work. The program is very good and we enjoy it. Just they should fire the poor personal in the customer service and restructure the support system to give good service to clients and accessability, if they want to grow their business. Too bad, they are spoiling the good content.
