Complaint Review: Kornax Supplimental Nutrition L.L.C.

I ordered from this company 08/24/11 and received an email confirmation from kornax@sbcglobal that included an order number with the purchase total including shipping and my checking account was debited that day for that that total amount. Three weeks later, Sept. 14, I still had not received the item and called the number listed on the website only to hear a recorded message that said the mail box was full.

I sent an email that same day to custserv@kornax.com to inquire about the order. On Sept 19, I had not received an answer to my email and subsequently emailed them again this time including kornax@sbcglobal in the send-to list. On Sept 26, I still had not recieved an answer to either of my emails and attempted to contact them again by phone only to hear that the mail box was full and could not receive any messages.

On Nov 29, I filed a claims report which included the order number, date and item, purchase amount, my contact information, the nature of the complaint and also a copy of the order confirmation email.

Since that time I have attempted to contact this company several times with no success. The money was taken from my account and I never received the merchandise with no explanation. This is a ripoff company and should be exposed for what they're worth - NOTHING.

I hope someone somewhere can find the people responsible for this and supply the needed justice. If I were a member of a terrorist organization intent on destroying America, this would be a very good way to extract the money needed to do harm to the very people you're ripping off.
