My complaint is basically the same as the first post.

I ordered two handbags under the assumption that the store was USA based. Their website clearly states that they are in California.

I placed the order and waited a week and received no shipping confirmation so I went on the site to look for a phone number to call them. This site has no phone number for customer service and your only form of contact is via a communication link on the site. For two weeks I submitted questions in regards to my order and I did not receive a single response. They also have "talk to customer service" chat option which on previous attempts always said unavailable. I went on several times a day to try and catch this method of contact as “available”. Yesterday 12/16/14 I was finally able to connect to a live customer service rep by the name of Rebacca. I was informed that my package had shipped on 12/08/14 to the bulk shipper that they use and that my tracking number would be supplied when that company shipped it out. Now keep in mind their website says ships in 7 to 9 days, by this they mean they ship it to the bulk mailer in 7 to 9 days and not directly to you! I then asked them where they are located and the rep Rebacca informed me that they are in Hong Kong. I was livid, I told her that I had tried to contact them numerous times and that I wanted my order cancelled. I told her how unprofessional it is to have a link to contact them and when utilized no one ever returns answers to the questions submitted.  Rebacca then said… (and I quote) “we already reply you hear”! I said are you kidding me two weeks of emails to you and I by chance caught live chat and you are telling me this is my response?  Where is the response to the numerous emails that I sent? I also told her that the company that she works for is deceitful and had I known that they were located in Hong Kong I never would have ordered anything from them. I also said that with this new information that I feel the product is fake. She informed me that (and I quote) "All products sold by website are guaranteed authentic and brand new with original packaging and are sourced directly from the manufacturers or approved manufacturer agents".  I told Rebacca that I was disputing this charge on my credit card and it would be in their best interest to refund my money. 

I concluded the conversation with Rebacca and I made a copy of the live chat in case of issues down the road.

I understand that it is the world today not to care about anyone but you and this is very sad.  Companies like this should be ashamed of themselves.  Not that anyone should be taken advantage of but these particular scam companies are not hurting the people that can afford to buy such items at full price they are hurting the average struggling working families that just want to make a loved one happy and think WOW this is a great sale price wouldn’t so and so be happy to have such a great gift.

In any case live and learn I say but I thought I would post this in hopes of saving someone else the trouble of dealing with this company.
