Complaint Review: Korsmall

Korsmall I Ordered a purse and was sent and invoice followed by an order number. Then they sent me an email stating they do not mail to post office boxes. The address I entered was NOT a post office box it was in fact a rural rout address. I have sent numerous asking for someone to call me, email and in the end I asked for a refund. I haven't heard from the company and the money has already been taken out of my checking account. Corona California

I made an order and was given an invoice number followed by an order number both via email. Then I was sent a notice stating my order could not ship because it was to a post office box but in fact my address was to a rural route box. I replied to the email explaiing my address and I have also went back to the website to file a complaint. None of my complaints have been addressed and I have not heard from the company in any form. They have taken money out of my account for the purse I ordered.
